Hi,

according to the Dallas News, a single mom went to work yesterday in
Dallas at the Cheesecake factory in Lincoln Park Mall with her 5 months
old baby in an infant seat. She said she thought she had left it at the
Baby sitter's. When she returned 5 hours the infant was dead and arm was
stiff when removed from the car.

Yesterday was in the 70's in North Texas and full sun. Cars left with all
windows up warmed to
appx. 110 degrees within 2 hours- like a Greenhouse. They will go much
higher when the temp passes 90 or 100 degrees in open air--SO- PLEASE
remember , DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD IN A CAR AT A CEMETERY OR FUNERAL OR
ANYWHERE ELSE WITH WINDOWS UP. It is risky to leave them with windows
down in full sun with no breeze as it approaches 100 degrees and higher
each summer.

The Dallas Morning News is on the Internet if you wish to verify this
unfortunate death.

Take Care,
Charles A. Wyly

P.S. , since this first send, two young children in Flour Mound, Texas
were left in the family van while their mom went in to get something in
her house. A car passing saw the van in full flames and stopped and
pulled the children out alive and well. No explanation yet, but a
cigarette lighter or match will start a quick fire in a box of Kleenex.

Take care, Charles A. Wyly
