Thanks to Lee & Allen for their responses to my query. I don't know why
I missed the listing at WG but that answered most of what I was looking
for. Although I knew that files with the DBF extension were the database
files, I didn't know which type of data fit into the various FILENA_%.DBF
and why some of my data sets included one letter while another data set
did not. Now it's clear.
