Thanks to both for the suggestions.
The reason I don't print to screen is that you have to close the preview
screen in order to get back to the TMG Person view to see how the tag is
worded. I usually find I want to make several comparisons back and forth
before I get everything right. Having it on the WP makes that possible.
I tried going to screen again, and you do indeed cut out a couple of mouse
clicks, but there are still too many, all in TMG. (It only takes two to
open the file in the WP, since I have an "open last file" button on the WP
toolbar.) Also, most of the dialog boxes involved do not have "OK" or
equivalent as the default button, so you can't use the enter key to run
thru them.
Has anyone suggested as potential improvements 1) not having to close the
preview screen to get at the Person view, and 2) having a toolbar button
that skips all those option boxes?
