George, thanks for the reply. But guess I have "thick" skull as I still
don't get it.

1. Directory-word 97
2. File-nothing worked - didn't see how to put it in "My Documents"
3. Filters- what goes there. I want 1 man & all his descendents

The manual is of no help.
