Go to the person view of the one man you want.
Select Reports > Descendants > Indented Narrative > [design another]
On the General Tab:
Give it a name to find this report by -- try "Descendants of one person"
Click on File output.
Under File type, select "MS/Word for Windows 6,7,8, 97+"
Click on Directory. Click on C:\ Scroll down to "MYDOCU~1" Click on
Select.
On the Focus Tab:
Select Prompt when Generated. Do not select anytrhing else on this tab.
On the Options 1 tab, if you are like most of us, you should select "no
threshold."
On the Options 2 tab, make the selections that suit your preferences and
your data.

You can use the same filter option for a Descendants > Journal (Narrative.)
If you wish a List of People report, the filter is slightly more
complicated -- you
need to choose Flitered Group and then
ID Number equals [?] OR
Is a descendant of person number [?]
Then when the report is generated, you press F2 when you are prompted for
the ID and you will be taken on the picklist to the person who was on the
screen when you chose this report.
