I have set up three tags for Deeds, Buy, Sell, Original in the Other Tag
Group. Here you can have all the Primary you want. Enter the information
from the deed in the Tag Memo Field.

Otherwise make sure on your report format you have checked "All Variations"
or "All plus Witnessed" to get "All" entries of other tag groups.
