I have given out this message a few times - TMGW needs CTL3D.DLL . Older
Microsoft systems supplied it automatically in their installation. W98 and
WinNT do not. A later version of this file should be on the Whollygenes
website. It is likely that this problem will go away when TMGW version 5 (32
bit) is released down the track but that is up to BobV and to say more about
that not me.
