My only suggestion at this point is to contact Tech Support -- which I
guess is rather restricted to e-mail rather than the telephone for you.
You should run the program VERSION.EXE located in the TMGW
directory/folder. This will create a file containing information needed by
Tech Support to help solve your problem. You can read that file into your
word processor and annotate the file with a discussion of the problem.
When you finish, send the file to Tech Support as described in the file.
