I wonder if this isn't a bug in version 4.0? Unless I dreamed it, I
am pretty sure I recall being able to exclude street addresses in my
source citations by using the exclusion marker (hyphen) in 3.7.
Also, I must have been able to print a bibliography in version 3.7
without the PDNs (which are enlosed in braces) because I have one in
front of me. I can't recreate it in version 4.0, however.
