This "Unable to Preview or Generate Report. Insufficient Memory or inavlid
program file (RRWRUN.EXE)" message comes from the lack of a version v.2.29.000
or later version of CTL3D.DLL on your system. CTL3D.DLL v2.31.000 (26,768
bytes, MS copyright
>1992-1995) can be found by using the search at http://ftpsearch.ntnu.no/.
Older
Microsoft systems supplied it automatically in their installation. W98 and
WinNT do not.

On W95/98 copy it to your \windows\system folder on NT to your
\windows\system32 folder.
