The adoption would be entered in Adoption tags - one Adoption tag for each
child with the husband entered as a Witness changing the Witness Sentence
appropriately. As for indicating that she was a widow, you could enter
that in the Memo field of the Marriage tag. The entry might be something
like: "after the death of her first husband."
