You didn't include Carolyn's email so I don't know what she asked, but I just
changed computers and there were no transfer files there as described on p. 36.
There were three reports files which I copied over and those enabled me to
retain the specialized reports I had made. For the others, I went to Tools,
Options, Backup and there were three boxes, all checked - Toolbar, Report
Configurations & Other System Settings. I'm sure it's the same screen one gets
through the help files that you mentioned.
