The files that you mention are only produced _if_ you follow the procedures
at the top of p. 36 of the TMG (v4.x) Reference Manual. There will be two
files: TRANSFER.DBF and TRANSFER.FPT (using the default names). Also by
default, these files will be placed in the TMGW directory/folder. The
purpose of this process is to allow users to share report configuration(s)
with other user(s).
