Jeff,

The given name should *not* be deleted. The "InfG" flag in the name tag has
to be set to true; I believe that InfG is shorthand for "Infer Givenname".

As I wrote in my email to you (which I saw before this post), I will add a
capability to set InfG if the given name matches the given name from the
primary name tag. Names added by some other means may be updated, but the
flag should probably be set for those also. If you can live with that
limitation, wait a few weeks for the new version of the utility.
