Sue,
You may want to consider putting more than the number in the Citation Detail
for the NSW BDM entries.
I have many cases where the actual Place of the B, D or M is different to
where the event was Registered (ie as shown in the NSW BDM Index). Also,
the date of the actual event can be a year earlier than when it was
Registered, particularly when they occur in December. This assumes of
course that you have other sources to provide this differing data.
When this happens I still attach the Index data to the Tag as a source so
that ordering certificates is easier in the future if people want to look
them up. However, I have made it a habit of putting the Registration Place,
Year and Number in the Citation Details in all cases - this way my footnotes
all provide enough data to order a certificate.
Something to consider anyway
