Thanks Patt, Lee mentioned this too. It works just fine. What is weird
about this is that I am just about certain that when I originally wanted to
do it, I'm pretty sure I was unable to access to sort menu--seems like it
was grayed out or something. But, as I say, now it works just fine and I
spent several hours going through sources updating unknowns.

Source List. In the sort menu at the top of the screen click on source
number. (I accidentally came across this with general research task -
sorting
alphabetically) I had the same problem with updating unknowns.
