Bob, you might look into using Partition Magic by PowerQuest. This program will allow you to change the size of partitions, and to make whichever ones you want FAT32 (though only if you have Win95 OSR2 or Win98). It will do this without loss of data, though a good backup is advisable. Thus you could keep one or more partitions FAT16 for UNIX compatibility, and make your C: as large as you need to, within the capacity of your hard drive. I have used this program several times, and am always amazed at the results, and how simple it is to use. If you haven't installed Win98, you can change the size of partitions first, and then install Win98, and then change C: or whatever else to FAT32.
