TMG will guide you through composing a trouble report and will
automatically include in that report the error message and your system
configuration - two items that are essential to diagnose your problem.

TMG then files the report in the TMGW folder as a Word document. Now use
your word processor to open and view the report. Then observe the e-mail
address for Wholly Genes and attach a copy of the report to an e-mail to
Wholly Genes.

I admit that this business about opening a document in a strange folder can
be daunting for computer beginners. But it does convey the needed
information to Wholly Genes.
