I was surprised to read this. As in any organization, different members of
our staff have different duties. Several people are working on technical
support, while others are doing programming. Technical support personnel
(including myself) do not do (and are not qualified to do) any
programming. We don't know any more about version 5.0 than what has been
publicly announced.

We do our best to answer technical support questions as soon as
possible. Some unusual problems require some time to research, but most
are answered within a day or two. It is certainly not the case that such
problems are of "low interest" to us.

The best way to ask for help with any problem is to go to Help --> Trouble
Report to Tech Support, fill out the form there, and send the resulting
file, TROUBLE.DOC, to . If it isn't possible to enter
TMG in order to produce this file, then run VERSION.EXE, which will also
produce a TROUBLE.DOC file.
