Subject: TMG-L: Missing Biography Tag
Date: Fri, 3 Dec 1999 13:45:50 -0500

Hi all. I've been running TMG with one data-set for a few months now. I
recently started a new data set for another unrelated -(I know, I know,
they're probably related somehow <g>) family. I imported a Gedcom to start
the set. The import went well, but of course there is some cleaning up to
do. Not a problem.

Problem is this: I went to add a biography tag to one of the exsisting
people, and was surprised to find that there was no biography tag listed!
Went back to my other data set and looked there, and there was the biography
tag, right in the list where it belongs. Went to data set 2 and looked
again, no biography tag. I looked through the options on the configuration
tab, and can't see where anything is "turned off", or un-selected. I guess
I could add my own biography tag, but you can only do that as a sub-type of
another tag type, right? Doesn't seem like the right thing to do. Anybody
know where the biography tag went?

Thanks in advance,

Nathan L. Silver
