I solved this problem by maintaining an online address book titled
CyberCousins. I have fields for Last Name; First Name; Maiden Name; Email
address, Snailmail address; Phone # ; common surnames; relationship (ie 5th
cousin, twice removed) and Remarks. Then in my MSL under Abbreviation, I will
have a source "E-mail; Smith, Sam" In the CD for the individual entry I will
put the date of the email that particular data was in. If they change
servers, I can keep their old email address in the Remarks column for
reference. It has worked for me with no glitches.
