Subject: TMG-L: Double spacing on Pedigree Charts
Date: Sun, 2 Jan 2000 09:06:16 +1000
Please does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
I have had TMG 3.0 since April 1997, and have been using it quite happily
and successfully. However when I came to print some pedigree charts to
enclose with Christmas cards I found the spacing has changed. The names
will no longer print in the boxes, and everything is double spaced so that
what should be a 4 or 5 generation chart on one page now takes two pages.
Other reports print normally.
Lissa at Whollygenes worked on it for two weeks before Christmas, but was
unable to fix it.
I get the problem on the screen on print preview, and also just using the
test data.
So far as I am aware the only change has been that in September I installed
a transcription program which included Microsoft Office 2000. I can't
uninstall this at the moment as I'm midway through some Parish Register
transcriptions. The author assures me that no-one else has had a problem.
Is anyone else using TMG 3.0 with Microsoft Office 2000 and Windows 95 ?
