As I wrote previously - if you have the chance to get a NO or DK
keyboard, and choose Norwegian or Danish keyboard in the settings in
Windows, you'll be able to type the letters right in. Those keyboards
work for English without any trouble (only you'll have to press the
right hand Alt key to reach some third functions on some keys) - all
letters are where you are used to it; some punctuation is placed
differently.
