Yes and No. F4 should work on the Focus screen of most report types. It
worked with Compressed Pedigree, but it didn't work for the Focus of List of
People! I haven't tried other types, but I suspect a bug here. The "Add"
menu is blanked out on the Focus screen of report types where F4 doesn't
work. I haven't taken the time yet to try other report types.

Note: one thing that most of us learn eventually:
The Menu items at the top of the screen change for different windows.
For example, the Edit menu for the Person View is different than the Edit
menu for various report types, and differs sometimes from one report tab
(such as Focus) to the next. The list of Menu items also differs, with
Delete being an item at times, not at others. In most cases, F4 is Add
(insert), F5 is Edit, F6 is Delete.
