When you have the memo box open, the very top of the screen with have a pull
down list "Codes." One of the codes is "Tab" which will give you the indent
you want.

Maybe someone else can answer about font size for footnote/endnotes. I
haven't found it. However, supposedly you can change the font and point
size of the memo field from the "Codes" list. I haven't tried that. I
normally send to my word processor if I am using endnotes/footnotes so I can
control how the final report is formatted, especially a FGS because I like
to have the endnotes following the FGS and not on a separate page.
