Hi Andy....Since my name may have been mentioned in vain (g), guess I should
try to help. Some questions first.

What do you mean .."crash."? What message are you getting?
When exactly...at start-up? during preparation of reports? do you get a
screen report? at printing? can you print anything from TMG? Does your
printer work with all other programs?

Have you recently added any other programs to your pc?
I haven't read your previous messages so please forgive the questions. Your
answers will probably generate more questions. When a computer program bites
back, its usually a conflict between its instructions and the ability of
other stored code to respond. Some code may be too old or conversely too
new.
