A Dell Dimension XPS M166, 64Mb RAM, not certain of video card (I'm sure I
should be able to find it on system, but having rummaged a bit, have failed
to do so), Windows 95.

When exactly...at start-up? during preparation of reports? do you get a
screen report? at printing? can you print anything from TMG? Does your
printer work with all other programs?>>
TMG is fine at start-up. Every time go into a report, when report is being
generated Error Message 'Too Many Variable' occurs. Accept that, then goes
into message: "Please return to Person, Family or Tree View before exiting".
On pressing OK same message keeps coming up, and only way can exit is to
Ctrl-Alt-Del. Cannot re-enter TMG without running Repair first. Cannot get
a screen report at time of 'crash', as can only get out of error messages by
using Ctl-Alt-Del. Cannot print anything from TMG until run Repair and go
back in, although can get reports from Repair. Printer works perfectly with
all other programs (and, indeed, with Repair).
<<Have you recently added any other programs to your pc?>>
Sidekick 99, Norton Anti-Virus 2000 (upgrade from previous version).
Thanks for the interest - hope somebody can shed light.
