Andy....I think Cliff and Lissa are onto the problem you are having and I'm
sure you will let us know when you can, whether it is solved. Good Luck.
BTW I've heard that Norton's AV has been dooing a job on some pc's. I use
McAfee and know nothing about Sidekick.
