I've heard from some users that Wholly Genes techs tend to point at Norton
software as a probable culprit. I've personally used most of the Norton
software offerings since the days of the original PC without a whimper. As
long as I launch TMG when nothing else is (obviously) running and let my
memory recovery software (FreeMem Pro) do its job, I'm largely free of
glitches with TMG and all other applications. I don't use Quicken, so I
can't comment on it one way or the other.
Guess it's finally a matter involving some luck. <g>
