Look at the Person View of the "new" person, and make the appropriate Tags
as Primary (highlight each tag in turn and click on the asterisk (*) icon).
When the person is copied, the Primary designation is removed and you must
decide which Tags are Primary.

If you still have two identical people (with the same ID#) in the Picklist,
it is probably a result of a merge or duplicate tags for that person. Just
display the Person View of the affected person and review its tags. If
there are duplicate tags, you need to look at each one and determine if you
need to retain some of the data from one in the other tag before deleting
the redundant one.
