Linda - I tried that. This time the "links" option under edit was available
to me. I clicked it and did everything that should have worked. I got a
blank box in my document. Any ideas? I know the picture is there because I
can do to my individual record and see my picture! (I generated a report on
myself only as a test.) Any more ideas?

Anyone else out there got any ideas???
