Dean, I haven't seen a reply to your problem, and I didn't have the answer in
my files although I remember reading similar problems and answers in the
past. I went looking on the Wholly Genes web page, chose FAQs, found a list
of common problems, and there was your answer! You are missing the file
CTL3D.DLL (or its most current version). I believe it can be downloaded from
the website where I found it noted. Wholly Genes website can be found at:
