Basically, other than the packaging (i.e., having TMG as the "title" of the
second CD) and that some of the databases there are free, the second CD is
pretty much what you would get if you buy the CD direct from Ancestry, Inc.
Thus you really need to address your question to them. However, if you
have plenty of disk space, you _might_ be able to just copy the entire CD
to your hard drive and install it from there. This may or may not work
depending on a number of factors such as how the install is programmed.
