I think that what Brian is trying to get to is that this is a list for How To's for using TMG and we seem to be getting sidelined onto How To Do Genealogy. Many Many Books have been written on this subject. No genealogy software is going to teach someone how to be a good genealogist. TMG just happens to be the best at doing what we do so read the books and then get knee deep into TMG.

Brian's comments should not cause any shockwaves.
