What I do in these cases is pick the one _I_think_ is most correct and then
add a caveat somewhere stating the discrepancy. Depending on the report
type that you select, the style of your writing and possibly other factors,
you may decide to create two Birth tags with one being the Primary (or your
chosen "correct") tag. Or you may decide to create only the one Birth Tag
using the "correct" data that you choose. Then you might include a
description of the dicrepancy in either the Memo field or in the Citation
Detail. In either case, the discrepancy may be included in the text body
or in footnotes/endnotes as you think best.
