Harry ---

I had my family genealogy "printed" (Xeroxed) by a small copy
shop. Approximate cost was $.05 per page (8.5x11), printed double sided on
acid free paper. This cost included a spiral binder. I had approximately
40 copies of this book printed this way. I supplied a single sided
original printer on a high quality 24 pound paper. (As a quicknote, this
cost is less than I can do it on my Hp 5L Laserjet if you figure the cost
of the toner and paper!) Finished quality of the books was very good!

They could have worked from my original Microsoft word file for any small
additional charge. However, I would be most careful about this. I have
found that changing printer drivers in my 6.0c version of word can cause
changes in pagination. If the pagination changes, then it is possible that
things like table of contents, indexes, etc. will have errors in them. If
you have a good quality printer, it may be much simpler to simply print
everything out, double check it before you have it printed.

If you want bound in a more traditional binding, I had it done by a small
book binder for $35.00 per copy. (I had three copies done for myself and
two children.)
