I would second the suggestion that you consider laser-printing the material
yourself and having it reproduced and bound at a copy shop. Many shops also offer
Perfect Binding (what a trade name!), the type of binding used for paperback
books. The advantages (over spiral binding) are that the entire book is the same
thickness, and the title can appear along the spine as well as on the front
cover. I'm not sure about the current cost, but I think it is comparable to
spiral binding.
One general warning about any kind of printing - be sure everything is final
and correct before taking your book to be printed by whatever means. Changes and
corrections are _expensive_.
