If I was entering "Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands" into a
current v4.0 dataset (and couldn't wait for v4.0.a), then I would make the
entries as follows:
City/Town: Charlotte Amalie
County/Parish: St. Thomas
State/Province: Virgin Islands
Country: Blank or "U.S. Territory"
Thinking back to watching (earlier?) political conventions, do I remember
correctly that there were delegations from Virgin Islands, Canal Zone,
Americal Samoa, and other US. Territories? If my memory is correct, it
seems they were effectively treated like states. That is, when the roll
was called of the state, then the territories were called at the same time
(possibly at the end of the rest of the state delegations).
What the label of the field is in the Tag Entry Screen does not make any
difference in actual report output as those labels are not printed.
Hope this helps -
