Subject: [TMG] VCF Help File

I am sure it was there before, but I have just installed a new
computer and installed TMG, but when I am in VCF and try
to use HELP, it tells me that VCF.HLP can't be found and if it isn't
in the directory I would have to re-install it. I re-installed TMG,
but still the same thing. I have added the Beta update to VCF.
