Maggie ~
Using TMG shortcut properties, I assigned a shortcut key "Ctrl+Alt+T" to
start TMG. Of course, you can assign any letter you desire. Try using a
shortcut key to see if it helps - then you would not have to do the Start >
Programs > TMG routine. I have no problems with crashes running IE5, Outlook
Express 5, TMG 4.0 at the same time using W98 or W95 on different computers.
Another idea for W98, which I have not tried, is to place a TMG shortcut
into "C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch"
so it would show in the "Quick Launch tray" to the immediate right of the
Start button at the bottom of your screen - not the "System tray" on the far
right at the bottom of your screen. I presently have "Quick Launch tray"
shortcuts for IE5, Outlook Express 5, Desktop and TreePad.

Is there anyone who
: uses Start > Programs > TMG instead of the desktop shortcut? Do the
: crashes occur under that process as well?
