She also wanted to do a descendancy report that includes only her direct
line. Are you saying that it is not a simple thing to do to mark your
direct line? In other programs, while this is not automatic, it is
pretty much a standard option. In fact, marking people is a pretty easy
thing to do and doesn't necessarily involve a picklist. Do you folks
have specific groups of people you work with all the time? How do you
call them up easily?
