A while ago I promised to report back on this problem (transferring information from a standard database programme to a family history one). Well, I can now confirm that Custodian will do it.

I initially had difficulty, but that was because I needed an update to my version of Custodian (which I downloaded free from their website last night). I tested it straight away and it was really easy.

Custodian imports and exports between Access, Foxpro, Paradox, Excel, and CSV text files. If you want to find out more then the web site is:
