In the 32-bit help you have the option to search for any word in the
help-file. If you open the help, go to Search. There should open a new
window with two tabs: "Index" and "Search".
With the 16-bit Help system there was only an extra window which let
you search for the words listed in the Index.

E.G. look for the word adopted in both Help-systems. It isn't listed
in the 16-bit help at all. In the 32-bit help you can find words like
ADOP, adopted, Adopted, ADOPTED, adoption, adoptions or adoptive.

At least thats the difference I find worth changing the help.
