Lee:

Hate to regress, but guess I ought to. I downloaded 4.0a, applied the patch to
4.0 (empty of all projects), everything went fine (or so the message said). I
then proceeded to import a small (approximately 2000 individuals) UFT project
file (not a *.sqz) file into TMG4.0a (clean file except for sample database -
in other words, no other databases present). That's when I got the error
messages. I then tried to import the same project file - this time as a *.sqz
file. Same problem. I then tried to import a smaller UFT project
(approximately 580 individuals) both as a project file and as a *.sqz file -
same messages. Does this answer your question? Or, do I have to go into more
detail yet?

What exactly were you trying to import and what steps did you take? After
the upgrade of the program, your dataset should automatically have upgraded
also. Was this after that?

Are you going to the FGS Conference there (6-9 Sep)? Wholly Genes will be
there. Also I plan to attend.
