I guess I misunderstood what you wanted to do. I thought you simply needed
to straighten out the place records which have the problems, and grouping
them together would have been sufficient. Faster than changing each
invocation in the individual's tags.

I see others have responded with a process that can help so I won't go
further unless you want something different than what they provided.
