Hi Grace,

Please don't worry about asking too many questions!

I use or have created Tags like: Land Grant, Land Patent, Deed (I use this
tag for fee simple, indenture, conveyance, lease & release, deed of gift,
etc.), Bounty Land, Land Contract (as in the case of the purchase of public
domain land), etc.

<< I do not find an appropriate tag for Land Grants/Deeds/ Conveyances/Deeds
of Gifts, etc. Surely I am not the only one gathering this data. What have
some of you old-timers used for these events?

Please don't say I ask too many questions? I like to benefit from others'
experiences.
