Using the # button on the menu requires that you know the individuals
record number. The picklist comes closer to UFT's Find (F10) and I
actually like it better. You can type in the name of the person you are
looking for (or enough characters to get you to that point in the picklist)
and then see immediately all like names, where in UFT you have to click on
Show to show all matches of the what you have typed it.
