HI,
I have a couple of questions about things that use to be in Genealogy program
with FGS, but are no longer there

(1) Is there a way to have endnotes start printing at the end of the last
page of the FGS instead of on a separate page?

(2) Is it possible to have the names of the parents print on the top of all
pages of FGS? It sure does save a lot of hassle when you are printing a bunch
of FGS. Because if you get them out of order it takes a bit to figure out who
those children on page two belong to.
