One thing which you probably should check before repeating the import:

Open up the FGS report specification. Click on the Options 2 tab. In the
Surety group, click on both No Threshold and Include blank surety. Generate
the report. If that works, you can make the same two changes on the Type
tab of the Genealogy report.

If this fails, Douglas has given you good advice.
