Welcome aboard Maggie

On your "Report Defination Screen" near the bottom is a radio button labeled
"Publication Tools". This si where you can define where you want your memos,
sources etc to be placed by default. You can also define it in each sentence
structure by using the <M> variable or the <M1>, <M3>, <M2>, ... variables.
THe pipes ar two sets of double pipes which define the parts of the memo. In
this case there is no "M2" variable just M1 and M3.
